Take on a thrilling tandem skydive and soar through the clouds for Scope! Experience the incredible adrenaline rush as you jump from 10,000 feet at more than 100mph.
Our skydives are organised through Skyline, and you can choose from a variety of UK locations and a date that works for you! You can see the map of 20+ locations here.
You can choose to self fund your jump or opt for the minimum sponsorship option. For the sponsorship option, you'll need to be able to raise a minimum of £395 (£450 for jumps in Scotland and Northern Ireland) before the jump date in order to take part.
Taking on a skydive is no mean feat and we are here to support you every step of the way. With #TeamScope you will get:
The money you raise helps Scope continue to create a fairer society. And provide vital support to disabled people and their families when it's needed most.
The cost of living crisis has hit disabled people the hardest. Many disabled people are being forced to make impossible choices. Choices between running life-saving equipment or eating.
At Scope we have three goals:
By joining #TeamScope, you are joining our movement for change. Together, we’ll use our collective power to change attitudes and end the injustice. Together, we'll be unstoppable.
Please read the terms and conditions before registering.
Anyone wanting to participate in a Skydive who has a physical disability will need to first get their doctor to sign the a form that we can provide to your upon request. Please ensure you have done this prior to booking to avoid disappointment. Please be honest about your abilities as we value your safety and furthermore because the centre may turn you away if it’s incorrect.
If you are able to lift your knees close to your chest (for at least 60 seconds), walk unaided and climb into an aircraft then you will be able to complete your skydive at any location with the applicable medical form completed.
If you have low mobility or require a bit more assistance, then it might be possible to jump from these locations:
Brigg
Bridlington
Cornwall
Lancaster
Nottingham (must have ability to lift legs)
Salisbury
St Andrews (loss of legs below the knee is acceptable)
Hinton (can only provide further assistance in transporting them to the aircraft)
Honiton (minimum lift their legs up for landing—this means being able to sit in a chair and hold their legs at a 90-degree angle for at least 30 seconds)
If your mobility is very low i.e., you cannot lift or move your legs at all, then you may be able to complete your skydive at these locations:
Brigg
Bridlington
Lancaster
Salisbury
If you’re unsure please do let us know your preferred location and provide an explanation of your abilities, so we can check with the preferred airfield(s).
Depending on the situation you may be asked to go in for a risk assessment prior to the jump date.
Please note that it is the airfield, and not Skyline, who make the decision on whether the jump can be completed based on abilities. Please let us know your airfield of preference if this applies to you and we will put you in touch so you can discuss your situation directly with the airfield and they can then let you know if you will be able to jump or not.
If you have discussed that and the airfield are happy to take you, then please make your booking with us through the link above. After your booking is made, you will need to email Skyline to make them aware of your disability so that they can make sure it is all in your booking notes and can also pass that information to the airfield so they can note it down on your booking from their side.
If you need anything please get in touch.
