Superhero Tri 2026 by Marvel

Event details

  • Saturday 15 August 2026
  • Dorney Lake, Dorney, Windsor, SL4 6FJ
  • Multiple options

We have teamed up with Superhero Series, who offer the UK's only disability sports series. Set in 450 acres of stunning parkland, with free entertainment for all ages. Refuel with refreshments, enjoy free parking & welcome cheering crowds.

This year is their 10th anniversary, and we're calling all Superheroes and Sidekicks to take part in this super summer triathlon!

There are no cut-off times, & all gadgets & gizmos are welcome — from floats & boats to powerchairs, adaptive bikes, trikes & more.

Anyone can join the fun. All we ask is that at least one team member identifies as having a disability (of any kind). Come as a team or let us match you up.

The event is also televised on Channel 4, so look out for yourselves on TV!

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

There are 3 distance options for completing the Triathlon:

Sprint: 150m swim, 3km bike, 1km push/run

Half: 400m swim, 10km bike, 2.5km push/run

Full: 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km push/run

Relay it, take it on together or mix it up — anything goes!

The difference you can make

The money you raise helps Scope continue to create a fairer society. And provide vital support to disabled people and their families when it's needed most.

The cost of living crisis has hit disabled people the hardest. Many disabled people are being forced to make impossible choices. Choices between running life-saving equipment or eating.

At Scope we have three goals:

  1. Transform attitudes to disability, creating a society where everyone feels included.
  2. End the disability price tag so disabled people and their families have an equal standard of living as non-disabled people.
  3. Close the disability employment gap so everyone disabled person who wants to work, can.

By joining #TeamScope, you are joining our movement for change. Together, we’ll use our collective power to change attitudes and end the injustice. Together, we'll be unstoppable.

Please read the terms and conditions before registering.

Access for disabled participants

This event is the UK's only disability sports series. That means this event is fully accessible, and all activities on the day have been designed with disabled people in mind.

Superhero Triathlon wants to make it possible for you to use anything you might need to complete your tri stage or stages.

For the swim, you can use flippers or floats or be towed in a vessel on the water (just remember to let them know about your vessel when you sign up).

For the cycle, all types of adaptive bikes & wheelchairs are welcome.

For the final run/push, everything from baby buggies to race runners & powerchairs are actively encouraged.
