We believe everyone should have a Will. That’s why we’ve partnered with the National Free Wills Network and MyIntent so that you can write or update your Will whenever you’re ready.

Having an up to date Will is the best way to take care of the people and causes you care about. And Scope will cover the cost of a simple Will or pair of mirrored simple Wills. There is no requirement, but we hope you’ll consider including a gift in your Will to Scope. Your incredible support will help create a fairer and more inclusive society with disabled people and their families.

Write your Will with a local solicitor with the National Free Wills Network

If you would prefer to write or update your Will with a solicitor we’ve teamed with the National Free Wills Network. They offer both face-to-face and remote options, with some solicitors also offering home visits.

Once you’ve completed the form below, you will receive your free Will pack within 10 days. It includes a list of your nearest participating solicitors. It also includes the solicitors’ services and specialties so you can find the right one for you.

Scope covers the cost of a simple Will. If your estate needs more complex work, you may be asked to pay the difference between a simple Will and the more complex work.

  1. Complete the short form to receive your tailored pack from the National Free Wills Network
  2. Contact your preferred solicitor to agree your preferred appointment type
  3. Have your appointment and share your instructions for your Will
  4. Your solicitor will draft your Will ready for you to review
  5. Once satisfied sign the final version of your Will and complete your declaration form

Write your Will online with the MyIntent

If you would prefer to write your Will online, we’ve partnered with MyIntent. MyIntent’s service always includes legal advice. This means you can be sure that your Will is right for your circumstances and protects the people you care about.

At a minimum, you’ll receive a free basic Will that meets your needs and protects your loved ones. If your estate is more complex, MyIntent may recommend extra steps or additional services. And they’ll explain why this would better protect your loved ones or intended beneficiaries.

You can read the MyIntent terms and conditions here
