- Ensure panellists have given consent to be involved in a project, and any adjustments they need will be meet.
- Do administrative tasks such as launch and shut surveys on the portal and be the first point of contact for any questions from panellists.
- Deal with daily correspondence from panellists via the panel in-box and respond or pass them onto relevant people to reply.
- Carry out prize draws and ensure winners are selected randomly and receive their prizes promptly.
- Keep panellists aware of their contribution to Scope’s mission via a regular newsletter and other forms of panel engagement.
