This role matters. Customer feedback lets Scope see what’s working and what needs improvement. Talking directly with customers helps us gain honest insights. This feedback helps us shape our services. It improves quality and makes sure we meet the needs of disabled people and their families.

Through your volunteering, you will help Scope’s goals. You’ll get feedback from customers which will help improve our services. It will also make the organisation more inclusive. Your conversations will ensure Scope provides impactful, person-centred support.
