As Family Support Worker you will provide support to families visiting loved ones in the Visitor Centre, visitor centre services include; play and children’s services; and a catering service.
You will work as one of the PACT Family team, you will be based primarily in the prison's visitor centre and visits hall providing support, advice and guidance to families visiting prisoners, facilitating prison visits and family days and supporting the play service.

As Family Engagement Worker, you will work as one of the Pact Family team, providing family casework support to prisoners, as well as support to the families of prisoners through advice and guidance, facilitating prison visits, and delivering family induction sessions.

As a Break Support Worker, you will be working hands on day in day out with the young people living in the children’s home.
You will work with a tight knit team of colleagues to build a relationship and trust bond with the young people living at the home. You will be a positive role model, supporting them in overcoming their previous trauma and learning to trust in adults again, along with the help and guidance of your colleagues and Break’s therapeutic services. You will encourage new experiences, supporting the young people to develop their own identity.

As a Break support worker, you will be working hands on day in day out with the young people living in the children’s home.
The first twelve months of your time at Break will see you build relationships with the young people we care for and support in our homes. Day to day, you may find yourself planning and taking part in trips and activities and learning new skills to help young people overcome communication difficulties.
You will be required to work shifts based on a four week rolling rota, consisting of a mix of 7am to 2.30pm and 2pm to 9.30pm and a minimum of two sleep ins a month.
